"It's OK!" went straight in at number 3 on the British charts. It became the 35th best selling single of 2002, sold 218,346 copies, and was certified silver. It was Atomic Kitten's 4th best selling single in the United Kingdom.
The single was Denmark's highest single for the kittens, getting into the top ten at #9. However, the single spent 11 weeks in the top twenty, before reaching its peak position, #9, which was also its last week in the Danish top 20.
